So I’m gonna light some incense and a candle, count to ten, sit on a mat like a cat, cross my legs like a yogi and sing a mantra , go zen

May be peaceful ,
May I find love,
May I have courage,
May I be wise,
May I be generous,
May I be kind,
May I be joyful,
May I be guided
To the Light.
